OP blackcat Member B Joined: May 2013 Posts: 2,157	I would love to know what percentage of teachers are fired for incompetency or unprofessional behavior compared to those in other professions. It really does seem to take a terrible teacher for any action to take place. And principals seem to back up teachers more often than concerned parents (take sides w/ the teacher rather than the parents or child if an incident happens).
