Allegra and a nasal spray are usually used together for allegies. In general, antihistamine causes paradoxical excitation in some children. That's what Ironmom's kid had.

I think the oral steroid is for asthma to reduce inflammation of the lungs. OS is hardly used for allergies. What is the name of the steroid?
