welcome! in addition to homeschool, another thing to look into for a child who is gifted where gifted resources are scarce is grade skipping. Ex: going straight to 1st instead of K.
Especially for the child who appears to do well in all subjects.
Probably too soon to get deep into researching it in your child's case, but I have heard some folks on this forum describe grade skipping as extremely helpful (not ideal for all kids in all situations, of course).
