At the risk of sounding overly cheesy, I wanted to take a moment to say how thankful I am for everyone on this forum. I don't post as much as some of you, but I visit daily. Reading about you're experiences, struggles, and successes has been incredibly enlightening. Having a child that is outside the norm can be so isolating, and although I still often feel alone, I can come here and be alone together with you.

    Happy Thanksgiving!

    What the OP said.

This forum really helped me keep my head after getting DD's test results. There have been plenty of thought provoking, edifying and just plain inspiring posts that I have read on this forum.

    Thank you all!

I agree wholeheartedly! It's great to have a space where your family is "normal" and part of the norm. It's great to be able to talk openly about things the kids do, say etc and not worry about the snarky comments and backlash.

Such awesome advice and interaction always too
