I have to laugh at your description on your DD and bugs. When DD was an infant my DH and I would have conversations on the IF game. He would love to have a little tomboy and me, not so much but I made it clear that whatever she is will be of her own doing ... I will not get involved. Imagine my delight when DD was barely 6 mths old and DH was getting her out of the car only to have a bug fly over her head and her squealing and waving her hands b/c it was on her head. Yep ... I won out on that game and she is clearly a girly girl. BUT if she liked collecting bugs ... great, just don't ask mommy to help you with that one.
