I probably would have been fine if I stuck with online ordering. I got stuck in the muck when I called the rep to order.

The original rep was beautifully kind and wonderful! It was the cranky manager who called me back to tell me there was "a problem with my order" and proceeded to deliver the grand inquisition who was a pain.

I think she did end up feeling bad, though, when she reduced me to tears. Kudos to her, that's not easy to do!

She did end up conceding to attatching some sort of number ID to my log-in stuff, so Glenda the good witch called me back and told me I wouldn't ever have a problem. smile

Glenda also told me they have these sales a few times a year and I am feeling pretty grateful to have been able to purchase the quality of resources I did for so inexpensive..........

But thanks for being so nice.....makes me happy you all are such a caring group. grin
