I think my DS had similar scores, (2 scores around 98th-99th percentile and one around 92nd percentile) except that his lowest score was verbal ability, and the test report said that all of his scores are similar and he is "profile A". He always tests 99th percentile for above-level reading comprehension tests, but he had a similar (larger) gap on the WISC when he was younger, with verbal being lower. His overall composite on the CogAT ended up still being 98-99th percentile, I think, even with the one lower score.
