No gifted program in school

Hello,
I’m new to this forum. My son (3 years and 10 months) recently took the WPPSI-IV and got the following results-
Verbal Comprehension Index
126
Visual-Spatial Reasoning Index
126
Working Memory Index
138
Full Scale Score
140
The school my son will go to doesn’t have any special gifted program. They claim that they will help in teaching him more if he completes the year’s curriculum but I don’t think they have done that for any other kids before. They definitely don’t have any dedicated team member for it like a giftedness counselor.
I’m wondering with his scores, will he fit in to a regular school? Or do we need to specifically seek a school that has a gifted program? We will probably have to relocate to another for that as current country is lacking such schools. So the lift on our end is big but willing to do so if need be.
If the current school choice will suffice, then how soon should we start advocating? Or should we not? And any tips on how to do it without appearing like a pushy parent? He’s already doing 7-8 year old math (Singapore dimension math 1b currently).
Thank you,
Anant
