I gave up watching TV. I became convinced that if they screw up reporting on a topic I know something about, then they must be lying to me about much of everything else. I know lying is a harsh word, but its easy to think that when you are deceived.

FWIW, I don't believe I've ever seen reporting done on a topic of which I had personal knowledge, where I felt the reporting was accurate. So yeah, while I'm not sure I'd say that news reports are outright lies, I don't consider them to be a reliable source of information.

I'll bet you'd never guess my (5'11") daughter was the youngest in her grade, even at 5 4 back in kinder, wink .

DS6.5 is one of the tallest boys, and he's an average height for HIS age. Granted, he is the YOUNGEST in his class by at least a year. wink Good thing he has DH's height genes (DH is 6'3").

I can understand disenchantment with the news, but you're missing out on "Adventure Time"!
