Thanks for all the hugs and prayers and kind words. They mean a lot to me. Funeral was today, and walking into the room with my Dad was so sad...175 people stopped by my Dad's house afterwards, and I am way overstimulated, but I can still hear my family members laughing downstairs as I head for bed. I didn't get my sense of humor from nowhere.

I got see see cousins that I haven't seen for a few years. Thanks to all of you I was able to set up a 'Google Group' in a matter of minutes and collect email addresses so I'm hoping we stay in touch and support my dad in that way, as well as the real face to face ways.

I'm glad the funeral worked as support, as they are supposed to. I hope your dad works through his grief and comes out of this sad experience okay. You're a good daughter!
