I do a mixed set for working out - start with anerobic, then weights, followed by a long run.

DW, Jr and I go for 2-3 mi walks most every evening as well.

Coffee is too bitter for me. Tea is fine.

    LOL!

I guess I forgot to mention that our family goes on long hikes and bike rides in the nature preserves around here. We have tag-a-long bikes, so each girl gets a parent doing most of the work. This way we can go up to 7-10 miles. But it's so fun, I don't think about it as excercise. How sad that I seem to have a negative association with that word!

    Tea is good too......

    Walking...
Has anyone tried the Map My Walk website? I was surprised how short a mile really is when walking downtown.

Hot tea w/ sugar & milk starts my day.

But once I'm at the office it's coffee w/ cream (whatever is on sale. The office is cheap.) or water.
