Nerdstock 1 (formerly Braining Man) has an official date and time.

Tacoma, Washington.
September 21-23, 2024.

For highly gifted adults and those who love them. This is a pilot for a yearly Woodstock style festival.

Friday: Scavenger hunt in Port Defiance Park
Saturday: Talks at Wapato Pavilion in the park followed by s'mores
Sunday: Museum visit and socializing

WE NEED PRESENTERS. Ideally 1 hour. Can be remote or in person.

Focus is gifted support and issues with STEAM.

Note 9/22 is the date of a proposed One Day, One World international photography event. I will be taking photos for that as advertising for the first full size Woodstock like festival at a field in Reno in 2025.

Eventual website will be www.nerdstock.org, but it doesn't exist yet.

Nerdstock 1 is a grassroots gathering of highly gifted adults (and supportive souls) focused on community, connection, and creativity. It's a place for thinkers, dreamers, makers, and feelers — with a vibe that mixes the deep talks of a symposium with the spirit of a festival.
