What would you do if your district violated a gifted mediation agreement you have in place? I'm not sure the principal even cared as the response was making it sound like it was all my fault for not asking for the document I was supposed to receive. I received the document after I asked for it, though it appears to have been thrown together and is mising information that has been included on previous documents.
Principal didn't sign the agreement, a different LEA did outside of the building, but principal is the only LEA in my building to whom my classroom teacher 'reports'.

I would call up my state's educational department and ask for guidance.
