I am still new to this as well (my DS 4 was tested on the WPPSI IV last month). Did she get the WPPSI III or IV? Either way, with this score, wouldn't she have hit some ceilings (supposedly, the ceilings are higher on WPPSI IV)? If so, there may well be some underestimation. Also, in my son's case, he got a low score on working memory - according to the report, he didn't look at the pictures as long as he should have, so likely some underestimation there (it must have dragged down his FSIQ - as his GAI is well into the 140s...). He also apparently fooled around during the processing speed parts of the test...So again likely some underestimation there. We couldn't observe, however, so this is taken just from the report. And he was tested for 2+ hours. They ARE still young. In our case, the psych was not concerned either...
