    what is the difference in method between standard and non-standard administration?

    The non-standard allowed her to go above the normal stop point. She had trouble with domino patterns, which would be a stop point, but the psychologist knew she would do well on the higher level questions with numbers and calculations, so she continued to test her limits. Visual information seems to be a real problem for her, hence the low spatial score.
