I believe in rewarding good service and wanted to recommend the author Jerry Pallotta. I ordered several of his math and alphabet books for my son for Christmas. Substantively, the books are well-written and illustrated realistically. He also signs the books and provides personal notes, if requested.

Unforturnately, there was a mix-up on his end with an item we ordered, and a few books were damaged in transit. Not only did he offer to FedEx replacements to me the next day, but he replied to my complaint personally and within the half hour.

I was really impressed with his site when I ordered 3 or 4 months ago. He seems to have a lot of good preschool age books. He also has a series called Who Would Win. It pits two animals against each other, Scorpion and Tarantula, tells all about them, and then uses what is known about them to decide who would win in a fight. DS5 really enjoys them!

You should go to his website and order straight from him. Jerry Pallotta
