    Good evening to all. I don't recall too clearly but if the child is labeled as gifted in Florida, do they have the option of going to any charter or magnet school or both? Is this true, did I hear correctly?

    If this is the case, should we be placing our son in a charter or magnet school asap and getting him out of the current, standard public school? He's in 3rd grade currently.

    I am not aware of any such policy.
