My son couldn't have met criteria 2,3, and 4 even when he was 7...Does your district realize that they have a written policy in place that is in direct violation of the ADA and section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and institutionalizes discrimination against gifted children who also have motor, visual, or hearing disabilities or autism spectrum disorders?
