Does anyone know how useful the follow up information NUMATS sends out is? We're trying to decide what would be best for DD#1 next year. She's unwilling to miss 5th grade at her school for several non-academic reasons. I'm not sure that her classroom teacher will be able to sufficiently differentiate the curriculum for her, so we're considering additional subject acceleration (which would require transportation to the middle school), some kind of online class or partial homeschooling. I'd like to have some objective suggestions, both to help us with the decision process and to help us gain support from the district.
Did you ever go ahead with the WISC? Will the school do a WISC and WJ achievement for you?
