I have a son who is dx with a visual processing disorder, including dyslexia. he also has adhd.....but he is crazy creative and very smart verbally- he just struggles to put things correctly on paper as things are typically backwards. is it even possible to have him tested for giftedness? would the test be accurate? i found a creative saturday program that my identified gifted student attends that also sounds perfect for this son, but i wonder even if this one is gifted if it would be possible to get him identified with his disability. any insight? thanks!
