I'd love to hear other people's experiences, too.
We did jump (on our own) to 3.0 after giving the lower lessons a cursory try. Every session, it still runs DS through a bit of review, like basic multiplication concepts, even though he has them memorized and doesn't need the repetition. I thought that once he showed he knew them, he wouldn't see them again lesson after lesson. It's not a big deal for me as a parent, but when DS starts getting bored, that's when he makes keyboard mistakes (while his head is drooping off the edge of the table! LOL).
EPGY Math is great, though. Once he can start flying at a faster clip, I think DS will realize how much better this is than the workbook alternatives!
