Many times in many situations, the best advice you get on here is to follow your Mommy gut. I have found that for the most part this is really sound advice. I also believe that when you get an idea, a nagging persistant idea that your mommy gut agrees with, you need to take your own advice.

Although there are many books on all things gifted, as a general rule, they are written with technical content. "How to", "When to" and "What do I do?" seem to be common titles. There are books on testing and OE's and perfectionism. The list goes on and on.

What I propose is something very different. I'd like to compile a book of stories about our kids. Real personal stories about what life is like living with these amazing kidlets. In order to make you really understand what i'm after, I created a blog inmypgworld.wordpress.com which contains a full explanation.

We all encourage our kids to follow their passions, I feel like I need to model that behavior for my own. If I won't take the time to do something I believe in why should they?

Please take the time to read my blog. It won't cost you anything except a little time and it would mean the world to me if you agree to participate. So far, 4 people have agreed to help including our own Kriston and Carolyn K (Mrs. Hoagie)

Thanks Tons!!
