I have to say, I haven't actually met a single educator or psychologist yet who's heard of DYS. For as big as it seems to be in the online gifted community, the vast majority of the educational community doesn't seem to know anything about it. Likewise, until I came here, I had no idea about the online gifted classes available to our children. It really is so important for us to find each other and educate ourselves (like we're doing here!). It's sad to think of how many other parents are floundering without these resources.
