The father's day quote in the Daily Quote thread got me thinking we need a thread this weekend about great stuff our partners/DHs are doing to support our efforts to get a sufficient education for the kids, gt or otherwise and to help just keep the house from collapsing!
I'll start by saying lately Dh has been an even better dad than usual by:
- Going against his own inclination to avoid boy scouts and taken Ds8 to several meetings. Even enjoyed himself!
- Baking bread literally every day from sour dough starter so that Ds, who is very picky, will have some really good bread that he likes (can you say 'fiber'?)
- Gets up most nights to go to work all night to keep the house running, like a lot of dads.
- Very supportive of my looking around for testing to figure out more of what is up with ds8, spending real money on testing and following up with the psych's various recommendations.
