Does anyone know of any psychologist outside of school system within NYC area who gives the RIAS IQ Test.
Info would be greatly appreciated.
I haven't figured out the multiple quote thing here yet, so I'm responding to your post separately from the prior one. I'm not in NYC, so I probably won't be tons of help, but have you checked on Hoagies or Mensa's Psysource (I think that's what it is called)? Both could at least give you referrals to psychs w/ experience testing gifted kids and you could check to see if they administer the RIAS.
Why are you wanting that specific test? Also, it may be semantics, but I don't believe that the RIAS is technically an IQ test, although I could be wrong. It is an ability test, but more in line with things like the CogAT or Raven's progressive matrices (group ability tests) -- at least that's my understanding.
