It seems quite clear to me that your daughter is in a tough situation, that her needs are being met and people are probably being unfair to her.

If the G&T leader is not receptive, I suggest trying somewhere else. Perhaps the equity complaint won't go anywhere, but if I were you, I'd take the time to file it. I feel your daughter would express her gratitude to you for advocating for her as her advocate, even to the point of filing an equity complaint.

Her extreme IQ is obviously compensating for her medical condition, or personality (or ADHD symptoms, though with such a condition overshadowing it is probably impossible to tell)

I would probably tell the people what she is doing at home, how she is devouring the enrichment (with its level) and that it is far from enough. More extracurricular activities/competitions? Early entry into AMC math or other science/subject olympiads (for elementary/middle school)?

If the school can't give her enrichment, I would advocate for acceleration (subject-skip/grade skip). I would prefer grade skipping to get school done with quicker and save your time too.

Failing that, you may need to switch to a different school. Would that be plausible? Even one that doesn't do that much enrichment but offers grade skips may be better.

Good luck with your advocacy. It can make the difference between a resentful daughter (underachievement, mental health, who knows) and one who blooms (perhaps even early, by grade skipping).
