I have reached out to the math teacher who sponsored it. She is really busy with end-of-term grading and hasn't been able to get all of them graded yet (she accidentally had half the kids, not including DD, take it "unofficially" because she thought she was paying for a pack of 20 tests and accidentally got a pack of 10). Given that she is also the geometry teacher who is being fantastically accommodating of DD's anxiety, I haven't wanted to push too hard. I know that DD was not in the top 5% (I did check that list). We'll get them when we get them.
