I was told by the gifted teacher at my son's school that there were many more kids in her
program that had IQ scores as high and even higher than my DYS DS. It is a public school in an upper middle class neighborhood with 754 students. I find this very hard to
believe because DS statistically should be one out of 1300. The school system uses the RIAS to test kids for the gifted program but accepted DS's WISC scores done by an outside tester. Does anyone know if the RIAS produces higher scores than the Wisc IV?
