I agree that sending home is not the best policy and I think probably needs discussing. The teacher keeps a quiet room with no temper tantrums at least from the kids who have been there awhile, I think the teacher has quite a lot of skill. She has been very accommodating in regards to spd and food pickiness. I think that the real problem is that she has not worked with a kid like Dd...I think that she does not know how to perceive her. I think if we are going to stay which is the best option at this time I think I am going to have to educate her about 2e stuff.... Just don't even know how to start.... Do I share the report? Part of the report? Short articles that have helped? What have people done with pre school teachers? If anyone has montessori specific ideas that would be great!
