I am so sorry that happened. I know how it feels, a friend of mine who also has gifted children did the same thing to me. I think she felt that my gifted child was competing with hers. I really don't get it. We are all in the same boat here and we have to stick together if we are going to make to the shores of sanity. I am thinking of you and hope you make it through.
