Just a nice little start to the year that isn't a brag but I wanted to share since most of my posts have a bad school fit/worried vibe.

DS's school has invited my father in law (PhD geologist) to speak to the class about geology. DS is super excited to have his grandfather visit his school.

Anyway, I think it is really great because he is the other 2e dyslexic in the family and I like the idea of DS seeing someone he knows with dyslexia looked up to as a smart person.

Anyone else have good news?
