Cando, how long ago was your son tested? Normally I would say start by going back to the original tester. But give than they have calculated a FSIQ where it should not be calculated and don't appear to have given you any advice as to the unsualness of your son's scores I think you probably want to start with someone new. However, depending on when he was tested you may be limited in your options for re-testing, which a new tester might want to do.
And I would also suggest caution with a school psychologist, they are not usually going to be that expert in really unusual profiles. It probably will be worth your while to find the best 2E specialist near you, or if not 2E then at least a gifted specialist. And you may want to consider seeing a developmental paed. There is a great one in Sydney but I am not sure where you are.
