To add my kiddo's profiles for more anecdotal info, my older dd had a similar profile with high PRI, VCI, and WMI (some a bit higher than your dds' and very inconsistent within the indices) and a lower PSI (lower than your dds'). She does not have a LD. She is a deep, slower person, but she is a very high achiever. My younger dd has high VCI and PRI and both WMI and PSI are average. She's the one with ADD and other issues and erratic achievement.
Point being -- I don't know that the IQ profile in and of itself points to a LD, but combined with the achievement and your gut feel, I would look further. We had to do a bunch of stuff privately (testing, counseling, etc.).
