I voted and answered the 15 questions Miss Piper had about the 3 constitutional amendments on our ballot! (Virginia..) No school here on election days, I'm always disappointed at how few parents take their kids to the polls. I think it sets a good example for them later on smile

I always take my son with me to vote. Before we went to vote today, we read and discussed all of the state questions that were on the ballot.

And oh, were there a ton of them. I was glad I had my cheat sheet, so I could just look at the number and mark my line. I take DD to vote, too.

    Here.

I voted for Willie Nelson for president 2012! And I voted for some other people today.

I added A people's history of the united states by Howard Zinn (Democrat stereotype)
& A patriot's history of the united states by Larry Schweikart (Republican stereotype)
to my Amazon wish list so I can keep seeding my bookshelf, in this case with the most common political beliefs and rhetoric. I haven't bought them yet so if someone has a better suggestion of a more stereotypical representation of the partys views of america please let me know. I'm taking a shot in the dark here. I have a small bookshelf I'm filling so I want to weigh each selection carefully for the kids to find later on.

Either I've missed something or you have a time machine that you're not sharing. shocked Did he win? Or, as Ford Prefect might have said, Did he shall have won? smile

I voted (in the 2010 elections).
