    Thanks guys for all the info and suggestions. I do want him to take it seriously but not stress out about it. He is a sensitive kid so if I make it to big of a deal he will shut down. If I don't make it a big enough deal he will go in there and tell riddles the whole time.

    Saying a brain check up might work. Although I am going to have to go into some detail because he will go in there thinking they are going to perform surgery. smile
