I was reading through some of the information we got back regarding the Explore result recommendations. One of the things mentioned is a Great Books Course. Would anyone have any recommendations?

Have you been to there website? You can become trained to be a Great Books leader. My friend became a Junior Great Books reading group leader.

Are there any samples to look at anywhere? smile Are they transferable to the homeschool setting without other students? Are these anything like Lighning Lit.?

Since they have some of the older editions on clearance I went ahead and bought the current PS grade level for my DD to look at over the summer before investing in the new programs, which are much more expensive.

They use Junior Great Books in my dd's classroom (self-contained GT). It has been a great program to expand the way they think about what they are reading.

You can view samples of the units for each grade level at their website...
