Yes, nothing to lose and potentially a lot to win! The worse that could happen is that they ask you to provide more information...

I want to know whether anybody applied similar to my case (with alternate score i mean) please comment.

I do not want to apply if they never considered alternate IQ score
Unfortunately I can not afford to get my daughter tested with another eligible iq test. Those tests are expensive

It really cannot hurt to apply. If they need more information, they will ask you.

If you prefer to wait, or if DYS asks for more info, you could try asking the school your child will be attending if they might consider testing your DD. Our DS's school tested him on the WJ-III before kindergarten (achievement test - we already had IQ). This could also help your decision about which grade your DD belongs in and what sort of differentiation your DD might need, so the school might be willing to do it. If they seem willing, see if they'll test on one of the DYS-qualifying tests.

My son was given the RIAS as well and had a high score and we are going through the same thought process in applying for DYS...we decided to take our DS7 to the same psych who did the RIAS and she is going to administer the SBV verbal section of the test because she felt that it fit him very well since he is extremely verbal....so we are hoping to submit that score with the RIAS along with a portfolio and see how it goes :-) We also can't really afford any more assessments!

I know DYS who submitted qualifying IQ score (out of the official list) and then used their qualifying but not from the list assessment scores as their portfolio item.
