I was wondering if anyone has any comments or has heard of/used the Moving Beyond the Page Homeschool Curriculum for Creative, Hands-on and Gifted Learners? We got some information in the mail about the curriculum and I was very intrigued by what I read but don't have anyone in our homeschool forum in the county that uses it. Anyone heard of it? Thanks

I've heard of it and heard reviews from other parents, but have not used it myself. The main feedback I heard from other parents was that it was fun & generally a good curriculum, but much too easy for gifted kids at the levels they suggested. For instance, the 2nd grade curriculum would be more appropriate for a gifted kindergartener or maybe 1st grader depending on how advanced the child was. I was told to order a higher grade level by at least one grade than your child is in. If you do wind up ordering any of their stuff, let us know what you think!

We are using it off and on, and it is fun, but not very challenging.

One thing to be aware of is that a lot of the items were back ordered or out of print. Also, some of the items were not very good, specifically the kite and the butterfly house.
