The counselor from my daughter's school told me that her scores for the COGat test are Verbal 121, Quantitative 125, and Non-Verbal 138. She didn't tell me what percentile that puts her in. Just that she should get into the GT program for next year. Are these score along the lines of what most GT kids would score?

Thank you for your input Dottie. That does help. Our school actually uses a matrix to determine which students will be in the GT program. They include a creativity test, TRPI, Aims Web, and parent/teacher inventories. However the CoGat has the most weight with each of the 3 scores getting points.

My daughter is also being evaluated for Dyslexia and Disgraphia. She is currently in the GT class for 1st grade. I was afraid that she would test low due to the other issues that she is having and that her scores may keep her out of the GT program while we are trying to get her the help she needs.
