My DS9 had me crawl into blanket fort he made to check it out. He had a crew of stuff animal buddies. Then he showed me his book with many pages of mathematical statistics he made from playing games with the stuffed animals. He is a creative kid. This really shows his mix of being a little boy who loves to play yet has a brain for a different way of playing. This is really nothing new. It just keeps amazing me.

I love this! Very sweet! It reminds me a lot of my DS who recently turned 9. He is definitely asynchronous. One minute he's demanding that I use a dragon puppet to help practice piano. Next, he's playing a crazy hard song his piano teacher had to modify to work for his hands. Lately, once every day or 2 he figures out some mathematical oddity beyond what we're working on at home. It could be while he's playing with trains or building a fort with his sister.

He sounds like a very cool kid!
