I know you have to wait at least one year to have the same IQ test but does anybody know how frequently can Achievement tests (WJ III, WIAT) be administered in one year?

Thanks, Dottie. I have one more question. My DS8 had the WJ III done by private psychologist back in June. He is in Special Ed. and we knew that he was going to have an achievement test done by school psychologist in Sept. The district normally administer WIAT II, so we requested WJ III when we had him tested privately. Well, I've received his achievement test results 2 days ago, and to my big surprise it was WJ III !!!!! shocked

Basically, the scores are very similar, only 2-3 points differences across the board. However, I see a little jump in his Broad Math. It went up from 185 to 190. (I can't even make sense of those numbers!) He took online Algebra course during the summer, so this may explain the little jump.

My question is, should I disregard his second score since the testing was done only 2 month after the first one? Do you think it is invalid? Thanks.
