NO information, including the name of the group (other than EPGY), nor the yahoo group information are to be shared with others. We are happy to enroll other students but all requests need to be routed through myself, or for the yahoo group through myself or the owner of the group. It may seem frivilous but we are all volunteers and release of this information could allow anyone who chose to enroll, to do so under my school name. Then I am responsible for their tech support in addition to legitimate members of the group. If this happens I will have to limit group membership by zip code and that will prevent most members from joining. Please understand the need for this privacy policy so that we may all benefit from this program.
