It very clearly states that "The Office for Civil Rights determined that the test protocols used by a psychologist to prepare a report are educational records and must be produced to the parents." Surely if the protocols must be produced, then the scores must be! Again, thanks so much! I will definitely be looking further into this site as soon as I get some laundry and housework done. In all of my excitement, I have spent the entire morning and half of the afternoon surfing this site!
