One can get the emails all together as a single 'digest email' nowadays, which creates much less clutter, or don't sign up and just read the website, and use one idea at a time, or read it as a book 'Sink Reflections' or listen to it as an audio 'Sink Reflections' - the emails are over the top for some folks, but there are lots of other ways to get the 'gold' = she's on facebook and twitter and does radio call in shows. Pretty cool in my book.
