Movies, DD8 loved West Side Story in first. We just saw Madagascar II last night and there is actually an obscure reference to West Side. DD8 and I were rolling in the aisles with laughter!!!!

Also watched National Treasure II on PPV yesterday. Everyone liked it.

I like the idea of the National Treasure movies. A few summers back after the first National Treasure movie there was a reality show sending people all over the country looking for clues. I have to admit I really liked watching it. I wish they would do another one. Yes it was cheesy but what reality show isn't?

When DS12 was little, he loved the animated movie, 'Balto.'
It was one of the few movies he was willing to watch over again. We also both enjoyed 'Hercules and Xena.' Not sure if it has stood the test of time, but I can get him to laugh by singing some of the songs to this very day.

Be careful folks, these kids have long memories.
DH, DS and I watched 'Ace Ventura Pet Detective.' DS told me later that he remember watching this movie at a party around age 3, and turned red admitting that he remembered everything. I feel kind of sorry for him, because, although it's terrific at showing a fellow who is at home in his skin having really unusual giftedness, it stinks on the 'homophobia meter' and the 'too much information meter' as well. I'd pick a Will Farrel movie over this one any day.
