I thought I could continue the saga....

Please, post whatever comes to your mind ....

Mine is quite sluggish lately, due mostly to lack of sleep.

Did I mentioned that I am on Atkins diet? I have lost 4-5 kilos smile
    Only 15 more to go....

I haven't gained weight according to the scale, but my pants must be shrinking! And, what's with that roll around my waist in all my Alaska pictures?? Ugh, I've never had to deal with this. It occurred to me yesterday that last school year, I was either walking or bike-riding at least 2 miles a day taking Pud to school and back. Hmmm, could make a difference.

I have three sets of clothing: one that is too small, one that fits now and one that is too big. Right now, the biggest set is by far, the first.....

Oh, Isa , I love metric system. The numbers are smaller wink
I also have about 15 to go, maybe more if I consider my cleavage smile
Contrary to most, I loose weight when I am pregnant! Can't imagine that now though. So I started walking 5km. a day with my dog. Every day. DH is a runner, but I hate running:)

I don't like running either, but maybe because I'm just not built for it. With grocery prices continuing to inch up and up, we'll all be losing as much as we want, right ? smile

DH just found some decent affordable coffee, costco I think, have to recommend. Mayorga is the brand.

I like running but unfortunately I have not have the opportunity for some years now. I go to the gym on Fridays though....

For coffee, we use a local brand/dealer. The coffee we buy is a mixed of several coffees and it is called 'Corazon'. As its name indicates it is warm and rich. I usually take a machiato every morning and one or two more during the day. I like as well capuchino, but right now I cannot because of the diet (I am not supposed to drink milk for the time being).
I do now want to look like a show-off but every likes coffee at our house, including italians !

For exercise, I like Tae Kwon Do.

    For coffee, I like Peet's.

I walk almost everyday as well. I used to run in my youth, but can't anymore due to an injury.

I'll drink any coffee as long as it's hot and it's not Maxwell House.
