Hi everyone I am feeling a little overwhelemed. I wrote my first post about my concerns for my middle son in the learning enviroments forum.

Where do I need to start to learn how to be a productive advocate for my children? What books would you recommend? Websites? Tests? Etc.

Thanks for any advice and help you can offer.

    Welcome!

CFK suggested my top book picks. I would also suggest you add Smart Boys by Barbara Kerr and Sanford Cohn to your reading list.

IQ testing results were very helpful to my husband and I to find the resolve to take action for our kids. Unfortunately many educators do immediately dismiss IQ test results, especially for a kid who has not yet proven his abilities.
