i'm hoping someone here can help me. DD is going to SCAT in a few months (she's 7), and i was hoping someone here knows if you have to have your scores sent directly to CTY or can you choose to have them sent at a later date? anyone? thanks!!

If you are registering to take the SCAT through CTY, the testing center sends the scores directly to CTY within a day or two. There was no option to delay score reporting to CTY at the time my child took the test (last year). Actually, the only way we were reported the scores was from CTY directly, via their website and mailed results.

Yes, everything will be automatically sent. Unlike SAT/ACT, the SCAT is owned by CTY and they do the scoring. Results will be in myCTY within 4-5 days, iirc.

You have the option of the score being sent directly to your child's school from CTY - or you can withhold the school information if you choose to keep your child's scores private.
