I am beginning the process of filling out a DYS application for DS7. His GAI is 147, but his FISQ is 141. The FISQ score on the report has an asterisk next to it stating it is not a valid unified measure because of his low (103) PSI. Do these scores mean he is borderline? I know the GAI is just over the minimum. I wasn't planning on submitting additional supplemental information, as I'm not even exactly sure what I would submit, but now I'm wondering if I should. Any suggestions? His math teacher (2-year-accelerated) has agreed to answer the nominator questions.

Don't worry about it. My DD also had an FSIQ under 145, but a GAI over, and we got in without any supplemental material.

Thank you for the responses. If we went middle of the road, and just included 2 samples, could I send in a recent math page (2 years accelerated) and a copy of his MAP scores? Do they want to see any scores in addition to the qualifying WISC? I didn't see any mention of suggesting parents include or leave out scores such as MAP.
