    Remember that you can reject any portion of the IEP with which you disagree, and accept portions you want. The rejected portions revert to what you had previously, under stay-put. Or decline to sign the whole plan, and the previous entire plan stays in place.

    Thank you aeh, we are on spring break and we sent the email but I haven't done anything with the papers yet. If she volunteers to send a new IEP then we won't have to do that. I am actually not sure that is an option on this particular form. You either agree, disagree, or you "have additional questions". I need to look at it again.
